Your focus

Revio's Payment Orchestration platform makes it possible for merchants to accept payments across Africa with multiple localized payment methods, and intelligent workflows to increase payment success rates.

This role is primarily responsible for the creation and development of innovative software products that meet user needs, align with company objects, and elevate the user experience.

You will work closely with the Product team to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and gain insight into product and user experience requirements.

You will also work closely with Engineers responsible for developing our user interfaces to plan, design, deliver, and enhance compelling solutions that drive business growth.

The role

• Develop and own the Revio visual identity and brand standards to excite and delight our merchants
• Develop high-quality visual designs, including icons, graphics, and animations, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to ensure designs are feasible and align with project goals and timelines.
• Build interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts, gather user feedback, and refine designs accordingly.
• Create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that optimize user interactions and align with best practices in usability and accessibility.
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on prototypes and iterate on designs based on user insights.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors. Translate insights into design concepts that prioritize user satisfaction and usability.
• Create design specifications and documentation that clearly communicate design decisions, patterns, and guidelines for development teams.
